Roasted grapes and cheese 06/05/2010
This is not so much a recipe, but rather a guideline of how to make a preserve for cheese. This is perfect outdoor fare for mothers day, especially served with crusty bread and a good bottle of red wine. Use black seedless grapes, halved, drizzle with balsamic reduction and roast for about 15-20 minutes in an oven at 200 ˚C. Dollop the warm grapes on a soft ripe camembert or brie or serve alongside a ripe cheddar. CommentsLeave a Reply |
