Serve these with some salad greens and a dressing either as a starter or as a side. Saucy little tartlets 1 packet savoury pastry cases from Woolies 1 packet (200g) rosa tomatoes 1 onion 2TBS dark brown sugar 60ml balsamic vinegar Oil to fry onions 125ml cream (½ cup) 1 egg Goats cheese (not the cream cheese roll, the one with the rind-crotin)
COOK’S Notes: you could also shave parmesan on top, drizzle a bit of sweet chilli sauce on the side, crumble some feta or just leave plain CommentsLeave a Reply |
